At the Centre Chirurgical de Champel, the internal organization relies on a small, experienced and highly specialized management team, ensuring efficient, care-quality-focused management.

The operational management oversees the Center's overall strategy, its general organization and the smooth running of all operations, in compliance with the Swiss legal framework.

The care management ensures the coordination of the operating room and the recovery room, compliance with surgical protocols and safety standards, as well as the smooth functioning of the care teams and equipment.

This team works to guarantee a professional, high-performing environment perfectly suited to ambulatory surgery.

OUR MISSION

The mission of the Centre Chirurgical de Champel is to perform, on an ambulatory basis, high-quality surgical and anesthetic procedures, in partnership with physicians recognized in their specialty, in strict compliance with the Swiss legal framework and professional best practices. To this end, the Center provides a reliable technical platform, trained and accredited teams, rigorous organization and a person-centered patient experience — before, during and after the procedure, through to the return home.

OUR COMMITMENT TO QUALITY

At the Centre Chirurgical de Champel, quality is not limited to equipment or medical expertise ; it is expressed at every stage of the care pathway, from admission to discharge. The Center relies on a quality management system and applies rigorous protocols — including the WHO surgical safety checklist —, full traceability of medical devices, and strict hygiene and sterilization rules. An anesthesiologist is present on site for as long as a patient is being cared for.
